We have a unique methodology that is capable of covering the most important aspects of a game and player development.

Our Approach

TACTICAL: The training emphasizes on the development of the players’ eye muscle, peripheral vision So as to enable in-depth perception and reading of the game.

TECHNICAL:  This has to do with the basic but major elements of football which includes: ball juggling shooting, dribbling, ball control, passing etc

PSYCHOLOGICAL: This involves the building of the needed mental skills the players needed by the players to be successful in their general career. This brings about confidence self-belief, determination, focus, daring, fighting and team spirit.

NUTRITION: In order to meet the required high level demand of the required energy needed for playing football at a professional level, eating plans an dietary supplements are often administered to the residential players while non residential are being advised on the best standards and specifications for consumption

PHYSICAL TRAINING: Preparing the player to be in a top form and shape requires constant training for speed, movement, power, strength, agility, flexibility and conditioning.

LIFE SKILLS: The coaching of life skills through football is one of our core principles at HIFA. We cherish the ability of the players to succeed in the different environment they may find themselves and this is only possible by setting goals, communicating effectively and making the best and effective decisions.

RESPONSIBILITY: All players are taught to take full responsibilities for all actions both on and off the pitch. Responsibility is everything at HIFA. Most of our students are future bread winners for the various families and communities. Hence, there is no excuse for failure.
